01Start with what you want
Standard includes the game. Ultimate adds vehicles, styles and other in-game items listed by Rockstar. The bonuses become available across the story rather than all appearing at the beginning.
02You can upgrade later
Rockstar says Standard owners can buy the Ultimate Edition Upgrade separately. Buyers of a physical package can upgrade after redeeming the included digital game code. Check your platform storefront for the applicable upgrade listing.
03Compare your local storefront
Prices and currency vary by region. Compare the total price and included items on your own PlayStation or Microsoft storefront. This guide does not assume that a price in one country applies to another.
04Claim the GTA+ month included with eligible digital purchases
Rockstar’s June 24 support guidance covers digital Standard and Ultimate purchases before November 20, 2026. The membership can be claimed after purchase. Choose the deadline for your platform; Xbox counts from your purchase date, not the game’s launch.

05Check eligibility and the next payment date
Each platform account can claim once; refunding and buying again does not grant another month. Existing members use the same claim process to extend their next billing date by a month. Membership renews monthly at the regular price unless cancelled. Xbox excludes child accounts restricted from age-rated content; PlayStation also has country and age conditions. Check the offer on your own account before claiming.
